Our Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, whose medium of instruction is Turkish, has not started to admit students yet.
Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is a branch of science that improves physical function in many areas such as musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, women's health, gastrointestinal system, cardiopulmonary, rheumatic and oncological diseases, eliminates activity limitations, increases the level of functional independence and improves the quality of life.
Although our department is not active, graduates of the department receive the title of ¨physiotherapist¨. They can work in public and private hospitals, medical centers, exercise counseling centers, special education and rehabilitation centers, sports clubs and halls, nursing homes, elderly care centers, healthy living centers, rehabilitation centers, university hospitals, and open private exercise counseling centers. Physical therapy applications can be applied by physiotherapists graduated from the department with preventive and therapeutic approaches in both patient and healthy populations.
